sponsorship, the CMC would not be possible and lives

Help Find a Cure for Childhood Cancer
All proceeds from sponsorship benefit the Carter Samuel
Martin Innovative Therapy Research Endowment through the
Aflac Cancer Center at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
At age 7, Carter Martin faced cancer with determination and a smile. Not once did the fight in Carter's eyes fade during his 20-month battle with Ewing's sarcoma - a rare type of bone cancer. Though Carter ultimately lost his battle, he never stopped believing that one day a cure for cancer would be discovered. You can help make Carter's vision a reality.

This year, CMC t-shirt orders will be placed online. Click on the t-shirt design or on the link below to place your t-shirt order. The deadline to order t-shirts is Tuesday, November 8. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed.
Shirts will be delivered the week of Nov. 28. Students are encouraged to wear their shirt to school on Friday, December 2.
If you do not wish to order online, please print out this FORM and send it with your check made out to Aflac Cancer Center and with "CMC t-shirt" referenced in the memo line. You may also turn in your orders in to either of the Providence front offices by the November 8th deadline.
Make checks payable to Aflac Cancer Center and reference "CMC t-shirt" in the memo line.
